Just as we require a comfortable supportive mattress for a night of restful sleep, when we start meditating our body will cry out for a firm, comfortable, support for our ankles, knees, back, and shoulders. A carefully chosen meditation cushion serves as the very basis for the proper alignment of our physical posture, and allows our mind to gently rest in a meditative state, undistracted by discomfort, or that subtle yearning for our practice session to end.
Our Woven Meditation Cushion, with its attractive tri-color synthetic weave and crisscrossed golden cord, invites you to sit down and devote yourself thoroughly to a relaxing meditation session. The sponge interior is firm yet slim, lightweight, and extremely portable.
