These Tibetan-style incense burners are elongated carved wooden boxes hand-painted red with gold trim, and ornamented with a pair green maned dragons, each clutching a jewel, flanking a blazing gemstone.
The box has a metal-lined upper compartment for burning the incense on a bed of sand, rice, or ash, and a lower drawer for storing the incense packet.
Material: Hand-carved Himalayan hardwood
Large size box measures 52 x 25 x 16 cm.
A variety of metal burners, more suitable for use in the West with its strict fire hazard regulations, are also available.
